Investment & Packages
We don't make you jump through hoops to find out what this costs.
Every package below is complete: what you see is what you pay.
We're not going to make you feel like pricing is a secret.
Wedding photography and film is one of the only things from your wedding day you'll still have in 30 years. We think that deserves an honest conversation, not a hard sell.
Our packages are designed to be clear. No hidden fees, no surprise travel costs buried in the fine print, no pressure to upgrade. You choose what fits your day and your budget, and if nothing quite fits, we'll build something that does.
We're a two-person studio: when you book photography and film together, Melissa leads stills and Peter leads motion, and you're always with us, not strangers. When filmmaking needs both of us on cameras (our largest film tier does), or when your timeline needs simultaneous coverage that two people physically can't span, we'll tell you straight and bring in a trusted photographer or associate we know, always named before you book, never sprung on you the week of.
Wedding photography
Every package includes your engagement session. It’s how we learn how you move together before your wedding day.
With these packages, unlike many photographers who cap how many pictures you get back, we don’t. You’ll receive the full total number of photos we took, with every package below.
$800
Up to 4 hours
The Micro Wedding for the couple who wants it intimate. Some of the most beautiful weddings we've photographed had twenty people in the room. This package is built for exactly that: elopements, small ceremonies, and couples who want the full artistry without the full-day production.
This package is right for you if: you're eloping or having a small ceremony under 30 guests, your day doesn't include a formal reception, and what matters most to you is the ceremony itself and portraits together, not coverage of a full evening.
Includes
$1,400
Up to 6 hours
Six hours follows the natural shape of a focused wedding day: the quiet of getting ready, the ceremony itself, family and wedding party portraits, and golden hour with just the two of you. If your day has a clear arc and wraps before late-night dancing, this is built for exactly that.
This package is right for you if: your ceremony and reception are at the same venue, you're having under 80 guests, and your evening ends naturally rather than with a late-night reception.
Includes
$1,800
Up to 8 hours
Eight hours is the full traditional wedding day: from the last quiet moment before the dress goes on, through the ceremony, portraits, and into the first hour of the reception. It's also where having two photographers stops being a luxury and starts being the thing you're glad you did.
This package is right for you if: you're having 50 or more guests, your day spans multiple locations or moments happening simultaneously, and you want complete coverage from getting ready through the early reception, without anyone missing something important because they were in the wrong room.
Includes
$2,500
Full day · 12+ hours
This is for the couple who wants us fully in it with them: before the wedding, through every hour of it, and into the evening celebration. We don't just show up on the day. We help you build the day. By the time your wedding arrives, we know how you move together, what makes you laugh, and which moments matter most to you.
This package is right for you if: you want a photographer who feels like part of the team, not a vendor on a list. You care about the whole story, from both sides of the morning through the opening of the midnight sweet table, and you want someone who was invested long before the day itself.
Why the engagement session changes everything
Most couples are nervous in front of a camera. The engagement session fixes that before your wedding day. We spend one hour together in a location that feels like you, and by the end of it you stop thinking about the camera entirely. That ease carries directly into your wedding photos.
Includes Before your weddingSpots for this package are limited each season. We recommend reaching out at least 10 months before your date.
Custom
“We stay deliberately boutique: we limit how many weddings we take on each year so we can give real time and care to everyone we work with. From planning conversations to pacing on the day and hand-finished edits. You’re never another date on an overstuffed calendar; fewer bookings lets us prioritize craft, responsiveness, and the kind of personal contact that fades when studios chase volume over connection.”

Wedding films
Every film package includes our signature couples interview filmed before your wedding, your voices woven into the final film. No competitor does this.
$1,000
Up to 4 hours
A photograph shows you what happened. A film lets you hear it. The vows in your partner's voice. The music that filled the room. The laughter you'd already half-forgotten. This package is built for intimate days where the story is small, but the feeling is anything but.
This package is right for you if: you're eloping or having a ceremony under 50 guests, your day doesn't run into a late reception, and you want a beautifully edited short film, something you'll actually sit down and watch together, not just save to a hard drive.
About the highlight film
Two to three minutes is not a compromise: it's a craft choice. A short film that's been carefully edited holds your attention every single time you watch it. We'd rather give you something you return to for years than an hour of footage you never finish.
Includes
$1,600
Up to 6 hours
Six hours gives us enough time to capture the full ceremony, your portraits together, and the moment the reception comes alive. This is the package for couples who want a proper cinematic film, something that feels like a short movie about the best day of your lives, without full-day production coverage.
This package is right for you if: your ceremony and reception are at the same or nearby venue, you want more than just highlights, a real film with depth and emotion, and you'd love something shareable the morning after while the feelings are still fresh.
IncludesA note on RAW footage. Unlike most studios, we include all RAW footage on your USB drive. You own everything we captured, not just the edited version. It's yours to keep, forever.
$2,200
Up to 8 hours
This is where wedding videography stops feeling like documentation and starts feeling like cinema. Two cameras. Eight hours. From the quiet of both sides getting ready through every moment of the reception, your wedding filmed the way it deserves to be remembered.
This package is right for you if: your wedding has more than 80 guests, you want both morning preparations filmed simultaneously, your ceremony and reception are at different locations, or the film itself matters to you as much as the photography. This is for couples who will watch it every anniversary.
Why two cameras change everything
One camera can only be in one place. During your ceremony, a single-camera setup has to choose between your face and your partner's reaction. With two cameras running simultaneously, both moments exist in your film, the way they happened in real life.
IncludesPair it with photography: The Feature Film pairs naturally with The Full Story photography package: both cover 8 hours. Ask us about combined pricing when booking both together.
$3,200
Full wedding day(10+ Hours) · one videographer
The Cinematic Feature Film tier adds Melissa as dedicated second camera with Peter leading video on video-only bookings. When you prefer a streamlined crew but still want your entire wedding day wrapped in cinematic coverage, this tier keeps one lead videographer across your contracted full-day timeline.
This package is right for you if: you already know you'll book Bella Vita photography separately (or elsewhere), you're comfortable with thoughtfully sequenced single-operator coverage versus simultaneous multi-camera capture, and you want full-day filmmaking without budgeting for Director's Cut's two-person film team.
Worth spelling out: one cinematographer chooses angles moment by moment, we're honest about logistics so there are never surprises compared with our dual-camera Feature Film.
IncludesNeed simultaneous multi-camera filmmaking? Step up to Cinematic Feature Film. Need both of us on cinema? That's Director's Cut.
$3,800
Full day coverage (10+ hours) · two videographers
This is our full film production, both of us on video for your day. Offering it as video-only reflects how demanding flagship cinema is when it's done right (two shooters, cinema audio, editorial depth). We refer photography to trusted colleagues we work alongside because splitting us across photo and cinema at this level usually doesn't serve anyone well.
IncludesPair it with photography: When we're both dedicated to cinema, stills need a separate lead. We'll recommend photographers we trust, people who complement how we work together on set.
